take as many as you like to fit your protein need
It will taste better if you use milk and dont mind the extra calories.

Milk considering this and taste.
Milk. On top of almost all protein tasting better with milk, you could use those extra Calories since you're a skinny dude.
Personally, I prefer water because I cannot afford the extra Cal. I fat up like a speeding bullet.

Use milk for the extra calories, and as everyone else said it tastes a lot better and mixes well with it. Hell, drink extra milk alone too if you want to start putting on weight to cut back on lol
Agreed with the guys above, if you do not want the extra calories, fat and sugar just go with water. The scoops will depend on how much protien you are looking to take in above what you get with your diet. Or if you are asking how many scoops mix well in a shaker, i put 3 scoops in mine with 12-15 ounces of water with no chunks....good luck brotha!!!!
Ill be the one to throw a curveball in.. I use ON Vanilla ice cream Whey with Orange Gatoraide.. tastes like Orange sherbert. I actually look forward to drinking it. 8oz of Gatorade G2 is 20 Cals. If you cant afford the extra cals, Powerade has a "Zero" that is 0 cals.

Thanks brahs

Stealing that idea :)

for sure man! let me know how you like it. you can also mix it up with strawberry powerade too if the orange gets redundant.
Milk water is for fish. Also, helps avoiding from gagging from awful flavor.
2% milk for skinny guys tryin to bulk. Unsweetened almond milk for big guys tryin to cut IMO. 35 cals a cup is well worth it.

I'd do 2 scoops (assuming about 25 grams of protein per scoop) As for water or milk, just depends on what you want for carbs / fats.

Huh? Why hell not drink whole milk if you need the calories? And I use milk when cutting because...
