Never thought of this combo. Interesting take. A lot of people never really think of using cinnamon in savory type foods. Bacon of course being the most versatile ingrediant ever, breakfast, lunch, dinner, desert, ect...
I do bacon dusted with powdered stevia, cinnamon and sometimes cayenne.
Bacon sauted with cajun spice = wow.
