THOUGHTS:
i really under estimated GST. I thought it would all be chill for 60% and 70%, and the real work would kick in at 80%. MAN was i wrong!. turns out the percentage only applies to the core lift haha! overall great workout and i am loving GST so far!
ASSAULT ORANGE MANGO INITIAL THOUGHTS
mixabilty 9/10
mixed pretty instantly but required a slight bit of shaking.
Flavor 10/10
The orange mango is straight delicious!!!! taste exactly like it sounds orange's mixed with mango's LOL. This is the second tub of orange mango i have had, and i still love it!!
Energy 9/10
I really miss this feeling! I was on Beta-cret for a month before this, and that was a completely different feeling. the beta-cret had natural feeling energy with tons of focus!!! The assault has a crazy surging energy that makes you want to just tear ever DB apart haha! It is good to switch it up sometimes so im liking the over hyperness! The energy doesnt make me feel cracked out, but just like i am on top of my game.
Focus 8/10
the focus was pretty darn solid. Felt like i had nothing else going through my mind but lifting weight! The focus was not as intense as beta-cret

Assault is one of the cleaner pre workouts like n.o xplode and beta-cret
No cracked out feeling but assault def give the most energy

If you plan on continuing using Assault (if you're done logging pre-workouts), you should definitely try the Raspberry Lemonade or Blue Arctic Raspberry.

Haha my first tub of was blue artic. And tub 2 and 3 were raz lemonade. Tub 4 and 5 are orange mango.
So far raz lemonade is the best!

It's what the GST cycles go by.
1 macro = 16 workouts or micros.
1 micro= 1 workout.
It's just how u keep track ur cycles. At the beginning of a new macro u have to recalc new 1rm max numbers and plug them back into the workouts accordingly.
You should really look into GST it's awesome?
