No doubt pre-workouts are a bad habbit. If i dont have anything i feel like im not going to get a good lift.
Relines usually work for me, few redbulls, as well does a few cups of coffee. Now my question is.. Is there anything thats natural? that i could take to sub. my pre-workouts for a few weeks?
