Generally any SEAL workout or fitness test is extremely hard. This will prove that someone has a great deal of endurance and will power. A lot more of muscle endurance is shown here then the strength of ones muscles.
It looks like a excellent workout/test for ones fitness. I have high respect for someone who can complete this.

I'm in my off season for wrestling, do you think it will benefit me?
Absolutely. I think having the quality and endurance of this is extremely important for any sport. If you can complete this thats great, and I would suggest working on your strength. If you can't, work towards it man, it can only benefit you.

What lifts do you think would go along with program, I'm sure with all the running and swimming, it would be hard to do squats and deadlifts?
Well, since this would require a extreme amount of muscle endurance, it would be hard to train for that and strength. I would suggest keeping the reps low (good article at the bottom for rep ranges) and creating yourself a good split. Or, you could snoop around and I'm sure theres a lot of strength building programs here.
