You forgot in before use the search function! Don't bother retesting. Do 37, maybe add 6.25lb to your maxes.

Eh I searched and couldn't find a good answer, unless I'm just retarded. And alright will do. Thanks
Thought it was normal running #32 as a deload straight after #29?
Then new max and perhaps #29 or #37.
Most people would:
A. Repeat 29 a couple of times after adding weight to their maxes.
B. Go on to Sheiko 37
Most people who are 17, 5'11 and 160 pounds should stop using advanced Russian Training methods designed for lifters who are much closer to their genetic potential and get on a standard 5x5 routine which will progress you much faster.
Don't forget to eat alot.
You won't listen to me, but you should.
Just looked at your journal, and you should absolutely be doing 5x5. You are still in the phase where you can make great beginner gains in both strength and weight and you'll be much stronger in the end because of it. I started off a lot like you (5'10 160 lbs age 18) and if I could go back and do it all over again I would absolutely run 5x5 and exhaust the linear gains in the best manner possible, while also doing enough heavy reps to truly teach me how to do the lifts correctly.

C. Do tricep kickbacks[/QUOTE]
I definitely understand what you are saying on option C. Wise post.

Much as I hate contracting an entire, valid post to a single ridiculous meme.

That.
Ha.
OP not even the Russian guys start out like this. Don't run sheiko until you have to. All the things that make Russian training so awesome can still be found in specific linear progression plans.

Yeah that one is a given. I assumed he was already doing heavy volume work with the kickbacks; as every serious lifter should be.

I guess I could try that again, but the reason that I stopped it was that after adding weight once or twice I would stall for months. I'm open to any suggestions (I actually wanna progress).
listen to your elders boy (because they apparently don'tactually answer your question)

That's because you weren't eating enough, period. Honestly.
run #29 again after adding 5-15 lbs. to your maxes depending on how fast you're gaining strength. no need to retest maxes every single month

Haha I don't remember that one and by the sounds of it I am glad I didn't see it. I did however just read that stupid sheiko porno thread.

Thanks, I really do wanna make progress and not be a myspace ripped kid. I just thought that I should try a different program since I kept stalling, but now I'll just eat more and get back on 5x5.
