How long do it take to notice changes? "Build Muscle"
Here's my story,
I'm 160lbs and 5'10'' and have 20% fat.......I started working out since Sept. 20th and continuing till now. But till now, I haven't noticed any changes on my body except lifting heavier weights than before. My diet is pretty good, I eat 4-5 meals a day, I eat egg whites, chicken, beef and etc...no oil (no fries)
So I was wondering how long will take to start notice changes? I know that everyone body's is different but normally how long will take? 6 months?
