Is it okay if I mix like a half cup of liquid egg whites in with milk when I make my protein shake?
Usually I mix 2 cups of 2 % milk with ON whey powder, but would it be okay to mix a cup and a half of milk with a half cup of egg whites?

i heard you cant absorb the majority of the protein in eggs if their not cooked

Bad idea. raw egg white protein is only 60% absorbable. They also contain an enzyme that will lower protein absorbsion. Just stick with the shake and cook your whites. Plus, you don't want to get a case of samonella poisoning!
