12" box squats are meant to be tough and 225 x 10 is a lot of work from so low down. (It's a bit easier for me because I'm so vertically challenged ;) )
When I see box squats on your leg day it makes me look forward to hitting them again myself - leg day is tomorrow for me. Nice job on those heavy extensions and calf raises as well

thanks fit. the 12" box comes right to the bottom of my Gastrocnemius so its definitely doing work
(especially when i go shoulder width)
those leg extensions were murder. i wanted to get 20 but even 10 was a chore today
