metabolism slows, sure. But I have been IF for 6 weeks now and strength has went up in shoulders and back exercises. Working to this point.
Any questions fire away...
whats I real meal mid day mean? 3,000 calories?
this, what language you spittin outa yo mouth op
Your metabolism doesn't slow until you've fasted for 30+ hours, IF is great, but hard as hell mentally, you fukers need to do your research.
the law of nutrition is it doesn't matter when you eat.

coffee is fine, read leangains.com
specifically http://www.leangains.com/2010/04/leangains-guide.html
OP do you have to not eat absolutely ANYTHING until night or can you have coffee ?
IF=16 hour fast and an 8 hour feeding window.
0 calories should be consumed during the fast, but you can drink black coffee and a very small amount of milk if you really need to.

Bull****. When you get down to stubborn fat you have to switch things up to get it off. This is why people do yohimbine with caffeine and fasted cardio.

Anything under 50 calories is fine and won't break the fast.
Its good for about a week or 2 til you start losing strength. I'll always do a 36 hour fast after a big cheat meal, but thats it.

lol I have crooked abs too.
I am around 10% at the moment and currently maintaining strength and much if not all of my muscle mass - nobody has said to me about looking smaller despite losing around 10lbs.
I know others (online though) who are around 8% and swear again reporting a greater retaining of strength and muscle.
My training partner has tried every single diet going and has said that IF is by far the best he has ever done for both energy levels, muscle maintenance and performance.
It works, for reasons I don't understand...

Fasting longer than 18 hours is going to get into intramuscular fat. You're doing it wrong.
When I'm going strong on my diet and exercise, I love IF/leangains. At the moment I'm phucking up with drinking and eating crap, but IF makes it must easier to feel normal while cutting...you can actually achieve that "stuffed" feeling.

tell me more bout yophibmone ? its not illigal yet but iv heard its good for weight loss, compared to clen or ec how does it perform ?

You are fasting too long, the shorter 16 hour fasts are better. The 36 hour fasts I tried and my strength crashed on the first workout day. Plus I train 6-7 days a week and the 36 hour fast at any point ruins my next two days of training.
"eat stop eat" its true it really works i'm doing it now. i actually feel alot better on my non eating days. i usually do dinner to dinner fasts

why do you say that?
