yer
drink as much milk as gas you expend daily
I would drink a gallon of milk every day if i could afford it. If you can afford it, then yeah it's great.
rice dream ftw!
I drink 2 gallons of whole milk a day. Listen to your uncle.
$21 every week just in milk? i hope its worth it.... and i hope i wont be farting the whole day because then i cant go to the gym.

I'm very lactose intolerant and lactaid is 6-change a gallon here. I'd be spending upwards of $40 a week if I were to drink a gallon everyday.
yea its $5 a gallon so its gonna be draining my cash like crazy but im probly gonna try it for a week or two

Just go with a 1/2 gallon a day and get calories from other sources.
i thought a gallon was 3$?
Dunno... I'm a lightweight but a 6-7 measuring cups worth a day with protein or gainer is good for me still.
@Bigbiceps, depends where you are of course. And what store you're going to.
I think I might be lactose intolerant. Whey makes me fart like such a mother****er. I should get one of those hydrogen density breath tests or whatever. I should also get bloodwork done on my testosterone levels. But those things probably aren't covered by Alberta Health Care. Yay for nationalized health care! Not.
yea im goin to school in a small town and milk is really overpriced at the stores i go to. high protein milk is 669 or somethin, and if i had the money, im sure that would work alot better.
Even if you are cutting its a good drink.
Easy liquid calories.
But it is NOT a replacement for water.
I ****ing love milk. But damn you guys are crazy mo fo's for drinking more then a quart a day i swear. A whole quart is already like 85 grams of protien, and you get other protein from food so i think its pointless, thats to much sugar and not enough water.
Always wondered how my physique would differ if my mom gave me Whole milk my whole life instead of the Skim milk that she did!?!

I did a workout that recommended a gallon of whole milk a day, that was a bit too much for me at 150 lbs. I drank 2 gallons a week and in 4 months gained 24 lbs. I tried protein powders with no gains but with whole milk it was fast. price wise, protein for protein the milk was cheaper than a low priced powder.
I drink about 500 ml of it everyday and it helped mentremendously in my bulk, its very espensive since i buy it directly from farmers.
If you guys have a Walmart bear you, they sell lactase(milk digesting enzyme) OTC for a reasonable price.
Been doing gomad every day for the past 3 months. Totally recommend it.

This
Like wtf a gallon a day? That's dumb. Shouldn't drink more than half a gallon.
Get the rest of your calories from whole foods

1 cup has 8 grams of protein. 1 quart is 4 cups and has 32 grams of protein. Not 85 grams.
Milk is very unhealthy, seriously.
inb4 milk drinking ****s hate on me.
