13% range would be my guess. And the only advice is to check out the stickies around the forum, there's more than enough info. floating around.
Usually I'm in here giving my guess for other people's BF %, now I'm looking to get my own BF %. Reps to anyone who takes a crack at it, thanks.
The first and second pictures are before my cut and the 3rd and 4th pictures are after my cut, would you be able to tell me if it's time yet (to bulk) or not? I'm aware of the fact I have waist fat, but what do you think?
Thanks in advance!
Nice job! If i were you, i'd make a log thread/transformation thread. With a transformation that good, you should be keeping people updated and posting before/ after pictures. It's very inspirational! lol

I know that feel. But you could still do it, if you were that big. People can tell the difference. Just a suggestion tho.
I'm currently doing jasondb's 5x5 while eating a clean deficit of around 1600-1800 calories. Hoping I get noob muscle gains and continue to lose bf because of the diet. Check me out in a month or two and see if it works! Curious to see how I'd look around 15% bf from the estimated 20%.
Can anybody give me a good diet , in order for me to loose body fat and get cut up ! Thanks !

I could tell you what I eat. I started a month ago and lost 10 pounds. Otherwise there's a load of information in the nutrition section. Post a pic front and back with your stats if you'd like a bf estimate.

hey appreciate it !
Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 162 lbs
Waist: 32-34"
Age: 21
Any estimations appreciated!
Not looking for any hate because I know im borderline anorexic looking but its because I am/just recovered from eating disorder. Looking for a bodyfat% esitmation so I know what my base is when I start. Im not looking to shed fat obviously but Im just trying to decide how much of a surplus I should go on. Since im extremely skinny I was thinking of 750-1k surlplus a day.
Age : 17
Height : 5'11" or 180cm
Weight : 128lbs
Waist : 27.5
Shoulders are around 19inch wide from delt to delt.
Picture is me standing up with no tensing or anything. I'd say Im at like 15% bf evenly distributed.

Also i've been told that my bodyfat is lower then it looks, but due to not having much muscle mass it makes me seem like I have a higher bodyfat, is this the case?
Thanks
ps-top picture is tensed bottom is untensed.
I'd probably have to guess around 15-16%
I'm thinking maybe around 13-14%?

10% or even lower. Your abs are visible, but youre pale and mostly you dont have enough muscles on your midsection (nor anywhere else) hence they dont show up as they would. Calorie surplus, big ass training and I swear you get the sixpack you chase, even at a higher bf.

Underneath link was me at 152 lbs 2 years ago same height but didn't lift. Wasn't very low bf% then either, looks better than it is because of lighting/leaning forward a lot to flex.

Weigh 200 lbs 5'9 not started lifting yet. If I lose 30 lbs will I be 9-10% bf?

Nice. I'd say your around 17-18%. And that seems right, about the 30 lbs.
