Should i take mass gainer or whey protein?
Hi bodybuilding.com! :D first time poster here and was just wondering which type of drink i should take.
Currently 137lbs 5'8 height
Started working out again like 4 months ago and am committed to work out every 2 days. I am adding more calories and protein to my diet and am seeing gains. I currently use whey isolate (isoflex)

and was just wondering if i should switch to the mass gainer... I do want mass as I am only 137lbs but does the mass gainer work better than the protein? Or, should i switch in-between the two with protein before and after workout and mass gainer before i sleep? Any tips appreciated. Thanks!
