So impressed with your gains over the past 3 months on back work. We're basically tied. This is going to get fun and even more motivating haha
Bummer about the pec and forearm but that back work has been on point. Great job and strong lifting.

Bench 275 - 12 no pain but close.
Decline 295 - 7 expected a low amount. Not use 2 this rep range and pec still lingering a bit.
Pec now is a bit sore so leaving chest at that.

100x7 is an all time PR for me. I need to do work ASAP! You definitely caught me and are on the cusp of passing be on my "bread n butter lift". Gawd damn you are one strong mofo. Can't wait to hit my back day this week. Get that vid posted. Double back bi shot is also prob huge improvement from where u were 3 months ago. Literally doubled ur strength. 'Mirin!

The reps in calgary seemed better imo also. The last 2 were not as great but still counted them in mybooks. I wish I did record as Id say that would've been my best opportunity for awhile. Even if I am able to squeeze in a workout on friday I may still have slight DOMS but ill video it anyway.
Had a bench workout today - very light not worth mentioning reps and weights. Still very sore from Monday as it was the first heavy set id done in a while.

Flat out stomping the back workouts! Love seeing the pull up strength and endurance increasing. i hit a couple sets of 105x5 and 110x4 the other day after coming back from long work trip where I was only able to lift 2x last week. Excited to kick things up a few notches - lots of motivation here.
**** 105 for 5. I got a vid of my last back day. The ugly pull ups anyway. Ill throw it up when i can.

Haha. Hopefully these lats haven't lost too much, being sick means no gym and small amount of calories. Should be good to start tomorrow. Although work is looking like it will be moving me to nightshift again shortly so might take another gains loss/plateau there!

Cheers man! Glad skiers and my pull ups comp is inspiring to some degree haha. Should be back in the gym soon. I get gains easy but boy do I lose them easy.

on side note, though my bench still lags to you by a lot, pretty stoked to know I have around 275x10 now which is pretty much a PR for me. slowly catching gaining but unlikely catching up, haha.

Wrecked from work and wired on pre workout. Feel really messed up.
Still pretty solid pullup. If reps had good ROM that's still damn good. But maybe a drop next time to hit more volume.

Yeh 285 is still decent hah, more so just comparing to where I want to be at/was about a couple weeks back.
Fore arms is rehab work, really tight extensors and it causes my wrist to inflame affecting my bench mostly. So I do whatever I can fit in, which usually is something similar to a cable bicep curl but simply locked arms and a wrist curl and like 20 reps, few sets. Both sides of the fore arms.

Yeh the ROM was pretty minimal. Aslong as I reach parallel I call it a rep but I like to go slightly over if I can.
That bench... I know! You're at ur PB you say! Although I'm hoping once I get conditioned to 10 reps I'll gain 2.5lb per week some more haha!

Do you know how many bodyweight pullups you can do? I'd imagine you're probably close to 30+
