Great, people on cell tech are going to tell me how to get results, working out in a thong covered in baby oil, pretending that its all hard work.
-
Will Greg's package have its own chair?
Excited to see Greg Plitt blasted out of his mind on coke on national TV
LOL should make for some great television!
-
show gets canceled within 3 eps
-
Will watch for pure entertainment and disregard all training advice.
-
obvious tech usage is obvious. but what's your point? you can't just take tech and look like GP.
Assuming you have Greg's bone structure and muscle bellies, then if you take celltech and train your muscles with some intensity for several years, even following muscle confusion and bro science nutrition then you can look like him.
My point is just that unless his advice has changed recently then he's not worth listening to for bb advice.

This, if they said it takes at least 4 years of hard training to look like you lift, who's going to buy that??
could you tell me what broscience is? because i'm under the impression it is this:
Mate, I could spit you heaps of techniques to get lean and aesthetic abdominals,
orrrrr I could tell the truth that I hardly work them and it's just genetics. I couldn't sell that.

well there's a huge difference between straight up lying to make money and methods one has personally used to achieve results...
-
so who is worth listening to?
Well science is science regardless of who says it, so I think that's the primary consideration. But people like Dr Layne Norton and Alan Aragon are certainly experts in their fields.
At the end of the day 10 bodybuilders will probably do things 10 different ways so to listen to one wouldn't really yield any great advantage.

do you consider taking AAS at some point, then marketing yourself as natural straight up lying?

agreed 100%
not to mention, at the end of the day, 10 different doctors will have 10 different medical 'opinions'.
Even Layne and Aragon don't agree on everything.

their views are certainly closer than the training methods of several different bbers.
brb exercise science community argues on HOW relevant meal timing is, and views stretch from not relevant at all to slightly relevant.
brb different bodybuilders argue on the best way to lift, with views stretching from low volume high frequency, high volume, low frequency, not training to failure, always training to failure, straight sets, super-sets, etc

Dude is clearly coked out of his mind, didn't used to be that way, wonder if it's the Hollywood culture or maybe the photographers just hook him up.
no hate on plitts aesthetics, but the dude is a nutjob.
I used to work out with Greg in Arvin Gym at West Point. He used to yell at a lot of people and scare people into thinking he was raging while he walked around drinking out of his gallon milk jug of water. To some he was funny, others were scared of him. He was an interesting dude back then, but a little bizarre. Surprised he went Infantry and to Ranger School.
