Basics of estimating BF are that more muscle mass makes you look thinner and smaller. Doesn't actually change your Bf% though. That's why people will get swole and never really cut, because they don't really care about abs(a lot of athletes and law enforcement do this). He is 13-14%.

Does not compute...and FYI having more muscle mass does change your bf%. Its a percentage of your overall mass don't forget.
