why couldn't you? Just think of the season as your cutting cycle.

dez, ya your a little big but you also look a little soft, do you even diet and train properly? And no, its not possible to do bodybuilding and wrestling at the same time, to gain mass it requires more rest than stressing your muscles, unless you like muscle loss?
I was bodybuilding during last wrestling season, and I looked fine, even though I was probably 3% bf. As soon as the season was over, I gained my base weight back and have gained since then.
Probably 3% body fat? is that guess? You do know 3% is in the danger zone, and top bodybuilders have a difficult time accquiring even close to that. Have a pic? I will see if you look 3% to me.

Who says you can't rest during the season? And who says that bodybuilding is all about gaining mass? It's also about cutting bodyfat, which will cause you to lose muscle. A lot of people on these boards do/did wrestle in high school. He's a collegiate wrestler, he must know a thing or two...
you know that the people who die of starvation in africa and ****.. they did studies of how the body stores fat
people who die of starvation have 2-3% body fat at time of death. if you have 3% body fat you are in danger of starvation, and you look like a nazi death camp guy. either that or u got a ****load of muscle
bleh the reason i look soft is cause im a bit fat.
hard to gain muscle without bodyfat.
Well obviously I'm not sickly or dying or malnurished or I think my lifts would be a little lower.
