Noosa Yoghurt Review

Is it possible a perfect yogurt exists? Yes it is, thanks to "Noosa" they've created the most perfectly balanced yogurt on the market. My only complaints, serving size and price.

This is not your typical overly sweetened yogurt loaded with unnecessary sugar, it's similar to a greek style with added fruit on the bottom. The ratio of yogurt and fruit are just about perfect. I don't recommend mixing this yogurt, use your spoon to cut through the cream top work your way down to the fruit bottom and enjoy (pic below)

The profile doesn't get any better when it comes to yogurt. Noosa is high in protein low in fat-sugar and carbs, contains stomach friendly live active cultures. This should attract just about everyone, cutters-bulkers and pre-bed snackers.

The texture is thick, rich and creamy, the fruit on the bottom can ruin the texture, especially if you mix it (avoid this) I reviewed another yogurt (Greek Gods) texture-wise it's the best, they naturally flavor their yogurt with fruits (no fruit on the bottom) this keeps it thick and creamy at all times.

Colorado fresh cream top.

I really can't say enough about this yogurt, the profile is near perfect. My only complaints are the price and servings, if you can get past that, it's pure win. Noosa comes in various flavors, raspberry-mango-strawberry rhubarb-peach and honey. Highly recommended!

How much protein per container? How much roughly does one cost?

i LOVE yogurt, and currently eat about 3 chobanis a day, so around 2.25$ a day for an extra 42g protein, some calories, and some carbs. always open for change though :)

I do like the 15g of protein Chobani offers, but the Noosa profile is much more complete IMO.

Noosa Raspberry
I had high expectations for this one, flavor is boring and way to tart, fruit is similar to jam or preserves

I was lucky to find the sale!
Mango is weird. Yogurt is fantastic, fruit is more like syrup.
Blueberry is everything you promised- just divine.
Have yet to try the honey.

I never noticed them because of the larger container. Its about 6x the volume of a Yoplait.

Honey and Strawberry Rhubarb are next on the list
-
We have a Sprouts here but i havent been, I picked up the blueberry at Vitamin Cottage yesterday. It was about 1.75$ IIRC for the small tub (18g protein)... really good value all things considered, and the taste was fantastic as were the macros for a good filling snack on the go.
Thanks for the recommendation Steve! Always looking for healthy and affordable food options to try.

The honey kicked ass.

stumbled on this because not a typical supplement review but definitely something i want to try. i usually eat ***e 0% but have not really enjoyed it because it can get pretty bland. definitely a new product to switch things up.

:D
I found the smaller containers-

At my local store there wasnt much of a price cut to get the big one so I went with small since Im not a big sugar person, eating a small one alongside something with either complex carbs like a sandwich or no carbs like nuts or jerky makes for a really good meal on the go.

I wasn't sure how I would feel about Honey. V-Rob, gave it a thumbs up and that was good enough for me. The flavor is fantastic, very natural, it kinda reminds me of cheesecake. Blueberry and Honey are my go to flavors.

The texture is super creamy, the fruit tends to water down the yogurt-especially if you let it sit for a few days. Honey is Money!
Strawberry Rhubarb Next!
