Creatine isn't going to give you drastic enough gains that you will notice them in a picture(Maybe some water bloat or a little deffinition). Ask for a picture of someone who eats properly and trains right. Creatine is mearly a training Aid not some miracle that will transform you over night. BUT FOOD WILL!!! :)
LMAO @ creatine before/after pics
There ya go bro:

umm yes it will with the right training as well as sleeping and eating habits.
dude u are completely overestimating what creatine does.. it aint no miracle supp that results in gigantic gains rather just a helper, like all supps.
My advice, less concern with supps and more with eating and next time ask a more relevant question like post your b4/after pics after a hard bulking cycle
I see...thanks for clearing that up for me then!

It's the training, eating, and sleeping. that gets you there. The creatine is a small small factor. I didn't mean it won't make a difference in your training and progress. But looking for before and after pictures of someone who has used creatine implies that he thinks creatine will make a drastic difference in a very short period if time. So drastic that it would be very quickly noticable in photo's. It's the dieting and training that makes the difference. Creatine mildly assists. Too much time is invested in researching supplements and not enough in proper diet, and training.
you guys don't know shiet. it's so funny really. even if it is water weight. 10-15lbs in weight within a month or so is not noticable? anyhoo, i know what im talking about. CREATINE is one of the biggest breakthroughs in bodybuilding. im 10 lbs lighter when not on it and look smaller.

This dude had good results with swole v3 but I don't think it's a creatine. But if your interested in taking creatine you may want to consider this.

I don't know why but i LOL'd.
I actually end up looking like the michelin man after taking creatine, I gain a few pounds but I get chubby as hell looking really quick. Definitely not a good thing. What most people don't realize is creatine helps your cells retain more water, more hydration + protein = faster recovery, and meaning you can push your workouts more often.
Although the fact is I don't think many people really workout enough to really notice too much of a difference besides water weight. Yes it can help, but it's not a miracle supplement. I stopped taking creatine after one bottle, only creatine I get is in my pre-workout supplement jack3d which only has a small amount.
Imo if your not competing in anything spending $200+ on supplments each month is overkill. I'm quite happy with my jack3d, on whey, and animal pak. under $100 a month and I'm quite happy with my results in the past few months. 22%-24% bodyfat to about 10% in 4months while maintaining my weight. Although this isn't the first time I've ever worked out either, I let myself go a few years ago, and on my way back up. My best shape I was 170 lbs at 10% body fat. sigh 15more pounds to go XD

Agreed.
Besides it will start off in the liver then be converted and stored as atp when needed...
the supps are more or less motivation for me.
i invested 100 bucks so i cant waste my money so im motivated.
i already feel stronger
question: does celltech or nano vapor make poop smell worse?
lol
p.s. dudes i cant get the nano to dissolve all the way theres always a little bit of salty residue at the bottom of the cup
