I am wanting to take a pre-workout, but the only thing holding me back is that both sides of my family has a history of heart problems. I am in good health, and my all my blood work tests came out good. I do not have any blood pressure problems either. Is there any pre-workouts I could take and any I should stay away from? I am looking for one that would have the least amount of harmful effects on the heart.
