I'm skinny, and im working out to get more musclarly. I'm trying to build up my chest, and it's sort of good, but I want to know how to get rid of the bonyness between the two pecs?
and is corn oil a good source of fat, subsituing for olive oil?

do dips and pec flyes to fill in ur muscles on chest
i love these threads
the replies amuse me
You can't target the inner chest since the chest muscle fibers are horizontal. Do chest excercises, such as bench, flys, etc. and it will eventually fill out.
Eat, and lift.
Benchpress.
Squat.
Military press.
go.
oh by the way, i didnt start getting pec seperation until i started doing decline dumbell press's, in super sets, weird.. but that worked for me, just a future reference.

HUZZAH! We have a winner!
This is absolutely true. You can't isolate your inner chest...the only thing you can do is gain enough weight overall that it fills out.
get your bench up past 250 and it should be all but non existant.

nah man, you can do triangle pushups and close your hand ( put them closer to eachother) while benching and that will target your middle chest

thats not true? sure you can isolate your inner chest, close grip bench/close push ups, cable crossovers, flys .. you cant gain muscle in the center of your chest because the muscle fibers are horizontal and well there is no muscle in the direct center of your chest but you can build up the inside of your pecs by doing close grip, cable crossovers, flys, etc.

You can't make one end of the muscle fiber contract without having the whole length contract as well
i wouldn't bother with any of that untill you get your big 4 up (bench, squat, deads and rows). then most of your problems will solve themselves.
lol at close-grip bench and push-ups as chest isolations.
