I'm really getting tired of the way my body looks -_- I really wanna change it. It seems like no matter how much weight I lose/gain I still look "skinny-fat"

Is there a way to do it without getting fat? I recently lost 60 lbs and I really don't wanna get fat again -_- It's like I'm really scared to be fat again.
bulking doesn't mean you'll turn fat.
you will always have skinny fat unless you get some muscles.
Bulk first, then worry about losing weight, I asked a similar question and had plenty of people tell me to eat, lift, and eat some more, just keep track of macros, and keep 300-500 above than maintenance on calories
because after all, would you rather be a big, strong, kind of fat guy, or anorexic looking?

well, neither am I, so I get it, but packing on a little muscle first will make it easier to lose the fat

^Same
I have to agree eat and bulk. Trust me I asked the same question a long time ago.
Judging by my stats I'm obviously not advanced in bodybuilding just yet, but I'm pretty sure if you want to get rid of the skinny fat and really don't want to bulk then cut (this next bit is disregarding what everyone else has said, im just trying to answer OPs question ) is to eat 500 calories below your caloric maintanence. I think it's quite simple, but nevertheless I am a little skinny-fat and am going to bulk because in the end, being skinny and having a six pack is like a fat girl with big tits, cheating.

Idk...I just feel like no matter how hard I try my body doesn't change.

listen man, it takes time, just keep working at it, lift heavy as you can with good form, and eventually you're gonna gain some muscle, once you're happy with the results, then cut.
I was a bubble at 12, skinny-fat at 13, fat and huge at 14, and now I'm chubby and still working on it. moral of the story, you gotta keep working for it, as hard as you can, and eventually you'll reach your goal.
good luck, man
Agreed with everyone. It takes time. I was 5'9'' and only 120 pounds. People told me to eat and bulk. I was afraid of gaining any kind of fat. 4 months later I'm at 143. I haven't gained much fat so I'm still bulking. Find your calorie maintenance level. Eat 200 calories excess and slowly raise it to 500. Do a clean bulk. Meaning get your macros from good food not fast food crap. You will gain some fat. It's hard to gain muscle while losing fat. Bulk. Lift HARD. I've seen bulks go completely wrong because they were hardly lifting. You'll see your gains increase immensely. Gain 20-25 pounds or as people as until you don't like the way you look then go on a cut. You'll have a lot more muscle and have the athletic look you want. Good luck.
somebody has to rep that kid. he shouldnt stay in red bar with jokes like that. i did what i could bro

It's seriously just hard for me to wanna eat more....I tried it for a few days and gained 6 lbs then I wanted to cut back again...I suppose it's more of a mental thing rather than physical. I used to be 200 lbs of pure fat at 13. Wasn't fun :(
are you recovering from an eating disordeR?
are you recovering from an eating disordeR?
No...At least I don't think so. When I lost weight I was always eating 3-4 times a day and ate just as much as every normal person ate.
Im just afraid of gaining fat because a lot of people used to make fun of me. Being a tubby isn't fun :(

You won't get fat if you do it right. You will get bigger and "Buff". Then when you have Muscle and Fat you can supply your body with energy by burning the fat and keeping the muscle.
To eat more just eat as much as possible. Then when your Full, Take another Bite or Two. Or eat Salad as it will expand your stomach

I'm short, and I get fat easily, and It's hard for me to get muscle too. What a bummer! HOWEVER!
The more muscle you have the more calories you burn, the bigger you look, the less fat you'll look like. YOU GOT THIS. :)

Uhh...The bigger you look, the less fat you'll look? I think what you meant is the more muscle I have the less fat i'll have. Not a matter of being big.
