I have searched for this and found so many different answers. Some say it's 195g (seems alot), some say it's 128g which seems low. I found one answer of 170g which I thought might be correct but want to make sure.
Thanks.

Yep. 195g. The confusion of the "capacity" measurements is the reason so many on here go by weight for measuring.
I use a food scale and use grams to keep track of everything. I highly suggest a scale.

Weigh rice.
Cook rice.
Weigh rice again after it's cooked.
Calibrate measure of precooked to cooked weight.
Ask yourself why you're eating brown rice.

Hahaha.
Measure it first. Consider those macros, boil and grow with water. Durr
dunno, but i use 160 grams of cooked white rice for a cup.
I use Uncle Ben's par boiled brown rice. Just weighed/measured one raw cup. Cooked it and came up with 125gr for one cooked cup. Works for me.
