Thanks bro. I've had a lot of good strength training partners, good mass gaining supplements. Tons of motivation from the other guys at the bath house and gyms I frequent. I'd like to see you hit a good 230lbs, I could help with a diet plan (lots of carbs for energy) if you need it.
