Monday, back and heavy chest
(time machine backdated post. :) )
It was a full-on celebration of National Bench Press Monday.
Dosed up with XFA, tbooster, LCLT and a hefty dose of M5.
My small gym was stupidly busy but I got lucky and walked right up to an empty [B]incline bench[/B].
Warmed up with 4-5 sets and topped out at 275lbs for 3 (Is it cooler to call that a 'triple'? Fuk yeah, Ima powalifter!!)
Again, luck was with me and made an even swap with the guys on the [B]flat bench[/B], mine for theirs. I let them unload the 275lbs, lol.
Similar tactic here- 4-5 warm up sets building to another triple with 275.
Dropped back to 135 for a burnout set, then did 3 sets of very wide grip with 135 and 155. This felt good but wasn't great for my shoulder, it was sore all night. Damn.
Moving on to back, nothing exciting. Seated cable rows, pulldowns, Hammer Strength Yates rows, and 3 sets of BB Yates rows with the FatGripz.
And 20 minutes on the stationary bike.
