Too much back not enough -cep. Squats are a better choice as they directly work a muscle that ends in "-cep" which rhymes with tricep accordingly.

I like kickbacks, but when I take my arm from 90 degrees at my side to full extension up and behind me as how a kickback is performed, should I keep my wrist straight all the way back or twist my wrist in an upward motion so my palm is facing the ceiling in the end of the movement? I heard this is a good shaper excersise for the triceps and wasn't sure if anyone else had heard or rotating the wrist thru the excersise.
