Tips to improve diet?
So I'm relatively new here but have been lifting for a while and started a meal plan a little over a month ago, probably going on 2 months now. Now I have noticed some changes in my body in that time but I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to improve it, I just feel like I could be doing something more. I recently just started making a protein smoothie/shake instead of just mixing the Whey in milk after a workout, I add fruits and all that good stuff to help out a bit. I'm mainly out to lose about 10 more lbs and stick around that range.
So is there anything else I can do? Maybe switch things up a bit somehow? Here soon I'll be doing one of the workout program things to change things up at the gym to hopefully see more gains/loss. My work schedule is a bit tough to keep up with eating meals on time or all my meals in a day depending on my shift.
Any tips are appreciated.

If you are making progress good, why change what is working? There are no shortcuts here.

Weren't you just preaching the "optimal" approach? And now your saying who cares, interesting.
Anyways, OP, you told us nothing about your diet, so no one can help you. List your estimated LBM, TDEE, macros and we may be able to help you. Also, you don't need to eat any set amount of meals, eat whenever you please, I personally wouldn't go to extremes and eat only one meal a day, or six, but as long as you get your macros in a day you should be fine. The timing matters very little.

Pretty much ^^^^ this.
if you're making progress, keep doing what you're currently doing until that's no longer the case.

I am not a psychic, I cant tell what the Op is eating and how much of it, and I am in now way responsible to ask everybody that question when they post, if he wants more info he will need to post.
