What do you think of it/ know about it.
Worth the added cost?
I am considering using it as a Post-workout shake in place of my whey protein. I mix it with carbs.
thanks

Absolutely NOT worth the money. There is no favorable ROI. Don't believe the hype and BROscience that claims a little bit faster digestion and absorption leads to better gainz because it is simply not true.
I think the question is: What exactly do you think it will do?

Don't tell too many people that. I was hoping to develop a faster-digesting chicken breast and I expect it to make a big splash in the market. To sweeten the deal, it will come seasoned with BCAAs as if chicken doesn't contain any amino acids. Double the price of regular chicken sounds reasonable.

What kind of seasoning? This will make or break my decision..
I take optimum nutritions hydrolized cause whey protein makes me dooky green squirts. It's rediculously cheap and tastes amazing, on bb it's like 22-24$ for 2lbs

It was going to be garlic and onion flavored BCAAs. I would have gotten away with it and made a fortune too, if it weren't for you meddling kids.
Yea , I've used it , and a good one : PeptoPro (is casein hydrolyzate, but it amounts to the same ...) . Is protein , fast absorption protein , but only protein . Do not expect miracles ... For me it's not worth the extra money . If you want some fast absorption nutrients for intra-workout (which is when you can really benefit from the speed of absorption) takes BCAAs, will do the same for you . In the rest of the day no matter absorption speed . Save your money .
Awesome. Thanks everybody.
