Hey guys. Just wondering how this looks. I'm 14 years old, weigh 120 (trying to bulk!), and am 5'5.
Bench: 115 lb (52.2 kg)
Bicep Curl: 68 lb (30.9 kg)
Squat: 155 lb (70.5 kg)
Barbell Rows: 105 lb (47.7 kg)
Deadlift: 170 lb (77.3 kg)
Overhead Press: 80 lb (36.3 kg)
All of these are my one rep max.
