So my main goal is to bulk and gain strength through weightlifting. But I also want to improve the flexibility of my legs so I can kick high. Will flexibility interfere with muscle mass and strength gain?

No. Most people do large amounts of mobility work as part of their training program.

If by large amounts you mean just enough to able to complete the lifts without causing pain do to poor mobility.
How high can you currently kick OP? (srs ?)
If you can't kick high at 26 then it is going to take a lot of mobility work to get you to where you want to be. As long as you don't get too crazy with stretching then it shouldn't effect your lifting. If you get aggressive with your stretching you could injure yourself and cause muscle mass and strength issues.

Gotta stay on top of your mobility man. Getting bigger/stronger(esp in short amount of time) can really kill your overall mobility if you dont stay on top of it. Try to avoid excessive static stretching before lifting. Only do what you have to in order to maintaing/get into positioning for the lift. Personally I find if I got overboard on mobility before squats for example I feel like Gumby in the hole. Dynamic stretching is best for pre-lifting. Avoid stretching cold muscles(the tight areas/knotts will not give meaning your are not getting an effective stretch)

Not sure but I think only shoulder length of a man of average height. But biggest problem is I can't circle my leg completely on a kick I want the full range and be able to stretch it further. I try out different stretching routines and try to do it everyday. Even as a teen flexibility has always been an issue on my legs.
I was thinking of Van Damme as well lol
