If that fits in best for your routine then by all means. I don't think you're running too much overlap. Keeping in mind though, if you're doing military press for your shoulder day you're hitting the tri's again pretty soon

no, u use a lot of shoulders in most chest exercises so ur shoulder lifts will be hindered, try and get at least a day in between
no because your front delt is getting worked when doing chest i would just stick to a chest and tris workout plan

i would do chest and bis instead, u use tris in almost all ur chest lifts so theyre already pretty worn by the time u get to them
