153 LBS
20% Body fat
I would like to be
170 LBS
7% body fat.
Do I need to bulk first? Then cut the fat?
What are the benefits of using Casein Protein before bed?
What should I be eating?
How much cardio should I do?
What should I be lifting?
Is occam's protocol a good starting point?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
