when you reduce body fat does your chest gap reduce?

I have recently seen pictures of some people's chest gap reduce when they cut. The gap between their pecs in the before photos has more space than their after. Is this true and/or this does not apply to everyone??

PECS under the fat

something like this i got this off of Google he had fat but a gap though, and then he got loss of a gap when he cut

Fat comes off displaying the pectoral muscles more clearer so the answer to your question is yes.

The definition of the muscle would show more, making the muscle more visible in the center of the chest.
