I take 2 a day. The amount of nutrients in 3 pills is pretty insane; some have near 5000% daily value.

The daily value standards is basically what you need to eat not to get sick from malnutrition. It's set by government people who pretty much have no idea what they are talking about. For example, the RDI of protein for an average woman is set to 50grams, which isn't exactly going to build a healthy goodlooking body.
With that being said, there is a [B]reason[/B] to why some of the nutrients are at 5000% of the RDI. The RDI set for what a small woman should eat to basically not get sick holds very little correlation to what a large male bodybuilder should take in, just as you shouldn't eat just 50grams of protein per day.
TL;DR version: taking 2 per day is fine if you think you're wasting money by taking three, but it's probably not optimal.

Yes its fine to take 2 but the directions say to take 3 per day as 3 pills = 1 serving.
i take 3 just because it says so on the bottle.

OP's stats: 131lbs.
Not trying to be a dick, but OP is not a large bodybuilder on the juice. Following government RDI's and AI's isn't a bad thing. I'll agree they don't know jack about a lot of things, but those are pretty accurate and based on independent studies. Same goes for the protein. Gov recommends something like .4g per lb of bw and other studies have been done to suggest active athletes and bodybuilders still only need about .8g per lb of bw which yes is double the RDI, however, not even close to the 1.5-2g spouted constantly on this forum.
