Opinions on progress please-12 week bulk results
The result of 12 weeks of bulking.
The major goal was to add mass to my legs as they are lacking in size. It started off well enough and strength went up a good bit and I think I could see some gains, I then however pulled my hamstring playing football so couldn't do any leg work for the last 4-5 weeks, which severely halted progress and motivation took a hit as well.
Anyway my before pictures I'm at around 173 pounds and after I'm at around 185
Can you notice any difference? First 3 in black pants are before
