Crazy Chest Workout
So the other day I did an insane chest workout with one of my buddies.
We did flat barbell bench 10-8-6
and incline- 4X10 and in between sets we did flys
you get the picture, it was a very intense workout.
not to mention i was already jacked up on 3 scoops of SuperPump250 and he had taken 2 scoops of Jack3d.
but then came the soreness. My whole chest, every inch of it, was sore for 6 days. Like deathly sore, it hurt to touch or move it.
What a great workout.

in before insecure teenagers use this thread as an excuse to post their super intense workout(which of course means just a bunch of light weight pump sets with ridiculous amounts of volume because that is what constitutes intense in their warped teenage minds) while pretending to not be able to even comprehend how someone could struggle doing the op's routine simply to imply that they do such things on a normal basis.
also in after cool story bro, the slogan of the retard who can not effectively put together an original thought.
