today,day after my workout i find red spots really look more like light pink on my skin.that might be cause by tearing in my skin.they arent itchy,dont hurt.
I search around and saw a couple of theards out their similar to what i am experiancing and it look pretty common.i never have anything like this.im not like scared cz it isolated in the skin on my biceps,i dont this is an infection cz i dont have a fever.
Does anyone know what is actually happening?

your fine.had that on my arms after arm day.went away fast.

Do you think that is cause by growing muscle cause if it is it would make me happy knowing that am making progress.

probably cause you worked the $hit out of it ;) idk honestly, but i felt "pumped", and felt the workout was great. not sure if that's a sign of anything working though.sorrrry

i got unaesthetic stretch marks on my arms from growing too fast + sh*t skin? and i even got one on my right shoulder

Did you take a pwo? It could be the surplus of b-vitamins in your system since Niacin is known to casue red flashes. Also, it could just be blood flow to that area has increased
Its probably just small blood vessels that have popped during your workout. I have had them also. Do they usually look like 2 or 3 little red dots in a group?

I just wanted to post on this forum the possibility it could be Niacin Flush. I've gotten this same issue. I just started back into working out and eating a lot more meat and taking supplements. And I get red spots on my skin after taking some supplements or after eating a big protein packed meal. They're light colored pinkish red spots that occur kind of all over my body. Mostly arms and legs. Kinda looks like it's my pores turning red almost. Anyway I'm fairly certain it is what is called "Niacin Flush". You can google for more information. But I noticed that I got this mostly after eating or taking suppplements. So it makes sense. Hope this helps.
