Brad Pitt's body in Fight Club is the ultimate ideal physique for all means
Seriously who wants to look like a overtanned roid using balding gorilla douchebag when you could aim to look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club?
For starters, it's the perfectly balanced body for attracting females (I know a lot of you guys train for this reason). Not too swole, not too skinny, decent sized muscles but also have that athletic look. Nice and cut.
It is completely illogical to go for strength and size all the time with little or zero cardio. What does it achieve other than looking like an self absorbed idiot who spends all his time in the gym? I find not being able to run or do any aerobic exercise without gassing out after 5 minutes is embarrassing. I had a gym buddy who I encouraged to come jogging with me before a jiu jitsu class. He simply couldn't do it. With every ounce of effort to his name he could not do it. And 10 minutes into the jiu jitsu class (warmup) he was on his back GASSING for air not being able to ANYTHING. SPENT.
So not only is it an unattractive look, but a completely unideal physique when it comes to general fitness.
Honestly, a nice slim frame with wide shoulders, cut muscles, thick neck with dat jaw, haircut and facial aesthetics is a far better goal.
It's healthier, and it looks better. Prove me wrong.
Which one looks better:
