Cant remember if i took my multivitamin..should i..?

Should I go ahead and take one, there might be a chance i took it this morning but i was in a hurry so i cant remember. I guess the real question is will it matter if i take two in one day?

If it's a plain one-a-day you should be taking two anyway. One in the morning and one with dinner or something.

Good question. I wouldn't if I were you. You might want to invest in one of those little pill boxes with sections for each day of the week.

yes go ahead if it is a regular multi but if it is something like animalpak then i would suggest not...(but i don't think people would forget taking the pak)

only the water soluble vitamins. I do that all the time..but i take Opti-Men and already take 3 a day so its not biggie. I would say if it is a generic one a day go for it, one day wont hurt.

If you didn't have neon yellow pee, you forgot to take your multi.....especially if you have a 50mg b-complex in your multi.

wether or not you take it or not its insignificant. not a big deal if you miss or take it twice. its only one day..
