really you wont notice a huge difference so go with the cheaper ON 100% whey.
I am a strawberry guy and think that ON's strawberry is very good but everyone has a different opinion on which is the best

im not looking for anythnig specific just a good protein with good ingredients to help my build some lean mass
I just Love it..very light on stomach and seems to be working fine , its a good Whey Isolate..and decent and even lower in sugars as well as compared to standard whey protiens...

I was an ON guy for a while but I tried every single flavor and they all suck IMO. all the chocolate flavors have a really weird taste to them, and the best flavor that I used was Strawberry and that was pretty bad. I recently switched to Dymatize Elite Whey and not only does it taste 100% better (vanilla) and I had the same results as ON if not better.
But if you're only looking at ON Syntha6, then go with ON.
They serve different purposes. ON Whey is whey isolate, rapidly absorbed, low in carbs and calories, use 1st thing in the morning and all day long.
Syntha 6 is a blend of fast and slow digesting protiens, higher in carbs, calories and fat. Better for post work out or before bed.
I like ON strawberry and root beer float and love Syntha 6 Mochachino. Get them both and use accordingly.
Both, I take ON before workout, and maybe once during the day. I always take syntha 6 at bed time. As far as taste they are both good I have had about 5 flavors of ON and a couple of the sytha 6. I would get any of them again. They both mix up real well, I use skim milk.
Do you take the natural ON whey or just the regular?
