[b]About Me[/b]

Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my 2014 contest prep log! Most of you in the section know me but for those of you who don't my name is JP Faherty. I'm a 30 year old natural bodybuilder and powerlifter. My rookie season in natural bodybuilding was 2012 in which I competed in two shows the OCB Pine Tree State and the OCB Spirit of America. Highlights from these shows was First place novice and 3rd place in my open class.

[b]The Plan[/b]

My coach is Matt Jansen from INOV8 Elite Performance. I will be prepping for 24 and 28 weeks. The two shows I'm competing in are the OCB Boston Battle and the OCB Cape Cod Classic. I have received my initial nutrition from Matt and will have my first training session on Wednesday of this week. I won't give all my macro updates but I figured putting them in here and there would be informative for you guys. With that said, my starting training day macros are 60/300/220 - I expect the initial macros will bring noticeable changes but we shall see :)

Starting 180 - Not sure on stage weight, probably somewhere around 155
