Gonna start GOMAD to save this bulk. I did half a GOMAD and saw some success with it (I dunno why I stopped). Who's done this and like it? I think it'll be a hell of a lot easier to get my calories in every day.

Iv heard so so much bad stuff about it as well as good things
I drank 1 litre chocolate milk and 100g mixed nuts as my post workout for 2 weeks which is approximately 1400 calories. It really helped with weight gain but I didn't appreciate the spots that came with it.
Im on it, although im doing about a 1/2 gallon a day, with meals.
I love it, im not a breakfast person, and since I started drinking milk in the am, I wake up starving! Appetite is up thru the day
Unless you are an extreme ecto, don't do it.

it used to be a lot more popular, multiple GOMAD questions a week. it seems to have died down a little bit. some people had problems (made them feel sick, claim to have developed lactose intolerance, blood pressure problems). i did it for two weeks and didnt have any problems. did have a hell of a trip to the bathroom every night though.
Only do it if you are extremely skinny and/or have serious problems gaining weight.
I'm consuming a little over two liters of milk daily. An easy way to get some extra protein & kcals.
If you're planning on using it to get a calorie surplus of over 500 a day then its unnecessary.
I do 3/4 GOMAD and it's absolutely fine. No problems at all
Enjoy the fat gains.
GOMAD has a ridiculous level of carbs to it.
I'd opt for something with a higher level of protein and fats.

a gallon of whole milk has 128 grams of both protein and fat. if he has just 2 scoops of whey with that milk, it adds (probably, varys slightly by brand) 48 grams of protein. so just with GOMAD and 2 scoops of whey, he's had 176 grams of protein. enough for his weight. not to mention, GOMAD should be half of the calories he consumes.

Well I never tried GOMAD mostly because I don't quite like milk that much.
But the GOMAD I was always reading about was the GOMAD from the SS forums and elsewhere that basically said GOMAD+MOAR food.
I still think one could find better alternatives to GOMAD though.

completely agree with you there. the better alternative is just eat more food.
I don't think I'll have problems with my stomach because I regularly drink a lot of milk. Plus, I did 1/2 GOMAD a while back and had no problems (Idk why I stopped). Anyways, I'm just going to be upping my intake to a GOMAD for the last few months of this bulk.
Edit: I would just eat more food either with more meals or more food per meal, but my appetite is ****ty. Plus, I've eaten until the point that I've thrown up a few times during this bulk and I hate throwing up.

I'm guessing he means acne. Pretty much the only time I have gained weight over the last couple years was from doing a half gallon of milk everyday. It was probably more like 3/4 of a gallon. If you are prone to acne, I wouldn't recommend it. I have terrible acne marks/stretch marks that were most likely from this.

Thought i was getting abit more acne just thought it was thru supplements i take, might have to get weight gainer an cut back in milk... EDIT Brb ordering pro activ

I used to consume a half gallon daily just cause I loved milk.. it's news to me that it's a diet for bulking but I've recently cut my intake to a quarter gallon daily to save cals haha.
idk i could never do this. i don't find fitting my calories in each day to be a real challenge. this just sounds disgusting and uncomfortable
