Is a 15 inch flexed arm big? I just had surgery for my torn labrum 3 months ago and I'm still recovering. Id like to think its big but when I loom down it looks small to me so I'm not sure

sigh? What's that supposed to mean?
15 inch arms are great if you have a low body fat. However , if you're looking for size you can always get better.
ignore the other posts they're a bunch of retards.
People who have 18 inch arms but have a high body fat have nothing to brag about
15in good for 15 year old which is under 14% bf so op for you not good.
I just had surgery in November and Ive just started lifting again

Yes it's good, not terrible nor bad. Keep working! I've got about 15 inches and I'm 16 and just started lifting.

Why are you so ugly?
That depends on your weight and body fat. I actually have a friend who's 210lbs and 25%+ body fat, but only 14 inch arms ! So my point is that it could always be worse ;)
But in general: No, 15inch arms are not great. I guess your arms are considered big when you have them at 17+inch with less than 14% body fat.
At your height you probably have a short arm span, so 15s on you probably looks close to my 16.75s with my 6'8 arm span. What is considered good is all relative.

Why are you such a ***got?

You also have to take biceps insertions into consideration. For instance you have really high insertions which adds a bit to your arms. But also very low bodyfat which is great. 15 inches isn't bad at 16, with under 10% bodyfat and with a sh*tty peak. I had 15 inches not too long ago, now somewhere above 16.2 at around 14-16% bf. But my arms are pretty good by average people's standards, high 14s not flexed.
You want to measure cold, 15 flex means 14 cold. 14 cold is considered small but on your way. Just remember, we all started somewhere, thats what kept me going.
Lol if you're asking me this then i'll say no. Guess everyone has to start off somewhere... Mine are 16.6 flexed bicep peak (no pump) and even i feel they're small.
I got 15s on 22% bf...
Pretty small i know :(
but im very tall with long arms probably that has a factor in it.

So you want acceptance via excuses? Who cares how big your bicep is. If you think it's big: be happy - if not: go back to the gym.
MY BICEPS ARE HUYUGGGEE!!! Actually no, My triceps are huge my biceps are jst juicy!!! IM JUICY!!! IM SO BIG!!! AGGHHH
seriously though I have a 15.2 inch Bi cold never measured flexed. haha

its not bad a lot of it depends on your body weight
pre-workout i have 13.5" and after i'm 14.5" but i'm 135 pounds.....
at 5'8 and 16 yrs old thats pretty good op depending on bf %
im 5'7 and mine are 16.5+ pumped flexed, 16 cold and at my height i get told theyre huge all the time, no e-brag
It doesn't matter what I do my arms just stop growing .
