yeah it works at about 3-5g a day. Take the softgels right before meals. I would use it for about 60 days on then 2-3 weeks off as it seems to lose its effects of helping with bodyfat reduction.
A lot of people say it doesn't do much by it self. People stack it with the following:
L-carnitine
Sesamine
green tea
They also use some other supps, that I can't think of at the moment.

CLA is bull****. even here in Norway people know that CLA is BULL****!! In some studies, CLA could help with fat reduction. But how much?? very little. Every company who sell cla know that CLA is not powerful but, ofcourse they dont want to say "cla works, but it is not so powerfull" . So they just say "it works".
Drop CLA and buy other good fatreduction supplements. sesamine is a good choice. But if you want a realy good fast acting fatloss supp, try ThermoLife Dicana. My Ex tried it with a very good results. She could feel heat and she could feel effects of dicana just 2 days on it.
Good luck!
Okay. This saves me money. :)
how about chromium picolinate?
try ThermoLife Dicana.
This stuff is expensive! I wonder if anyone else has used it and what they think about it. Is it worth the money or not?

ive used dicana,i got a pretty good deal on it though.
i stacked it with HEAT+AMP,so i couldnt tell you if it was fully responsible for my fat loss, but i was very happy with the results.
in 6 weeks i went from 229.5LBS @ 15.5% BF to 224lbs @ 13.8% BF.
as for CLA,IMO/IME its not worth it for the cost.

This stuff causes DNA damage! Don't take the picolinate form!

One of the best fat-burners I've used. Vitamin Shoppe has a major sale going on now.

This is the first I've heard. Do you have the studies for this?
Chromium won't be effective for most of the population, and even if it is helping fix an existing problem, it still won't make much of a difference. You are better off getting R-ala, or K-R-ala
I used VPX thinfat for 14 days around 8-10 grams daily and saw no effects.

it is expencive? well, if it is, why is that problem if it works? I would buy something which cost more but more effective, than cheap and uneffective product. Dicana is one of the best fatloss supp on marked and I have many friends who LOVE it. It would not "burn" your musclemass (it even boost it).
It is not expencive.

I was saying it is expensive, BUT if there are others who have used it AND it does work great, than yes, it would be worth it. There are sooooooo many products that are priced low and high, yet are worthless! I was only making sure this was not one of them.
