i got 3 shakes a day of 3 different supplements. Be more specific
scoop of whey, 120
2 cups of skim milk, 180
1 banana, 110
= 410, 40 grams of protein.
150g of protein/right around 1000 calories...custom recipe.
I just take 30 after my lift, because thats all that is optimal for absorption after a lift, than get the rest of my intake throught the day with mostly eggs.
Morning shake- 2 scoops whey + 2 cups milk = 60 grams protein
PWO shake- 2 scoops whey = 40 grams protein
Bed time shake- 2 scoops whey + EVOO= 40 grams protein

I use natures best whey protein, its 50g of protein with 2 scoops for a total of 210 calories and no carbs. Get some carbs from regular food.
