Welcome to the challenge! I guarantee that if you look to us for advice, stick with the challenege and etc, you will surpass your goals in this challenge!
Let's get started onm your diet. What does it look like and how is it working for you?
Welcome to the JUGGZ Challenge bro!
Lets begin,
First off I want to say thanks to infinite labs! I joined the challenge once I was informed of it mainly because I just got fired up once I read up on it. This 12 week journey will just consist of me trying to grow bigger not to be mixed up with a bulk phase just growing while trying to lean up. Supplements that will be used are basic*
Protein
Creatine
Glutimine*
Preworkout*
The preworkout and Glutimine are the 2 supps I will be stacking for the next 12 weeks from Infinite Labs.
My diet is a high protein, high fat, and low carb. I will list the actual diet later on with a little reason behind it.
Now for the workout. 5 day split with one to two bodyparts in each session. It usual takes me no longer then 50min to complete my workouts and man it is intense the whole time. I'll explain more further on in the week once I preform them. I look forward to this adventure with all you guys an gals along with help and advice along the way thanks again and tomorrow begins the first workout day*
welcome will be looking forward to your progress..

Good choices. Glutamine helps with the soreness if you take it intra or just before.
5-day split sounds good.
grab the bcaas too bro!!
Good morning!... woke up around 6am downed breakfast, now getting ready to hit the ole iron! think it would be a good time to have some juggernaut preworkout right about now :(

bcaas are like the building blocks of muscle, picture your veins as a highway... if protein is the concrete for your muscles, BCAA's are the mortar.......
Nice explanation!, thanks
bcaas are like the building blocks of muscle, picture your veins as a highway... if protein is the concrete for your muscles, BCAA's are the mortar.......
anytime bro its what I'm here for :)
Alright so today was shoulders and traps only took about 40 minutes to complete the workout. Now that i'm home my shoulders are still on fire!
workout was as followed
1x8-12 BARBELL PRESS (STANDING) 100lbs 12x rest 4 min
1x8-12 DB SIDE RAISE 30lbs 12x SUPERSET w/
1x8-12 BARBELL PRESS 80lbs 12x rest 4 min
1x8-12 DB SIDE RAISE 30lbs 12x SUPERSET w/
1x8-12 BARBELL PRESS 70lbs 8x rest 2min
1x8-12 BARBELL PRESS 60lbs 12x rest 2 min
1x8-12 BARBELL PRESS 55lbs 12x rest 4 min
4x8-12 CABLE SHRUGS all 4 sets were done with 190lbs resistance, 12x each set
DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now i will say on each set (EXCLUDING SHRUGS) those last 2 reps were BURNING!!! bad. And as each week rolls around i will attempted to add 5-10lbs each week to each movement.
After the workout i had my POST SHAKE
2 SCOOPS WHEY ISOLATE (MOCHA FLAVORED) :)
5g CREAPURE CREATINE MONO
MEAL #3 :)
5oz 93/7 Ground Turkey
Spring mix salad w/ handful of spinach with macadamia nut oil
Good luck in the challenge!!

just wondering and curious. Why the long rest times? 4 mins?
The reason i take that long is because i'm pushing myself to max failure and want to be at max strength when i'm preforming each set . Honestly by the time i push or pull the very last rep re rack the weight switch plates sit down to catch my breath 4 min already passed by
just wondering and curious. Why the long rest times? 4 mins?
Alright so MEAL #4
5oz 93/7 Ground Turkey
with 1oz Roasted Peanuts
keeping my meals anywhere from 2.5 to 3 hours apart or until i feel i need to eat
MEAL #5
5oz 93/7 Ground Beef
2 cups Broccoli
The reason i take that long is because i'm pushing myself to max failure and want to be at max strength when i'm preforming each set . You wont be able to do as many reps or even the same weights but by the end you'll be panting like a dog.

4 minutes is a very long time for rest. When resting that long your working yor Max for approx 30 seconds then a 4 minute break. What is your goal? Fat loss? Power lifting? Strength? When you rest for so long your muscles need to warm up everytime. It's like starting a car and turning it off then starting a car then turning it off. This is Justmy opinion thought. To each his own. As long as your consistent. Keep at it bro!! Get some
Yeah i completely understand 4 mins in very long, which i have done rest periods 15sec before honestly i never got anything out of it. My goal is this before i even perform the first working set ive did 3-4 warm up sets. Once im ready i want to jump under the bar and give a all out effort at my 8-12 rep range "EVERYTHING I GOT". But really why i do this is because its like when i was in football training, I would go all out on a sprint or lift an would not perform the next set until i was fully ready to. guess its something that's stuck to me.
BUT @ SUPERMAINE/ ALIKA2DIE4
Really appreciate the advice! I'll try to mix things up
So its 6am already had breakfast.... sitting around waiting to head to the gym today my friends will be a good one.:)
LEG DAY!!!!!!!!!!!
I hate the time between my meal and the time to go to the gym. I find everything I possibly can to make time pass by!
No way I could traim legs this early. Mad props to you!
Hit legs hard. A lot of people don't train them like they should because the pain can be awful. :)
Focus om the contractions, very important.

You have a good amount of muscle on your legs. When the body fat is cut down, this will be impressive

Today is the day! JUGGERNAUT... Will enter my workout today :) can't wait to see how it goes!
So today i finally got to try JUGGERNAUT pre workout.
I can honestly say this is one of the BEST pre workout supplements i have ever taken.
I'll try and break down how everything went. First off the jug an label are awesome really flashy. Once i opened the jug i found the scoop on the very top which is a big PLUS.. I really hate when you buy any supplement.... open the bottle to find no scoop in site so you have to nearly stick your hand and sometimes your whole arm in it to retrieve the scoop, then as you pull it out you lose so much powder because its stuck to you, so once again nice to open the bottle an it be right there.
So i figured i would try just 1 serving to start out with since I've never tried this before with 10 oz of water(was a little to much)
shook it up then downed it. Taste was pretty good different from alot of other pre workouts, mixed up very well which is another plus so on taste an mix i give the TASTE a 9.5 and MIX 10. Once i downed the shake i headed out to the gym, now during this time i was timing on a stop watch to see how long it would take to hit me...... 8mins 45secs.... Now the feeling i got was AAAWWWWWEEEEEESSSSSSSSOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIRST i felt a huge energy rush come along, NOT the jidders, or tingle feeling, Just pure energy. Once i got to the gym i was pumped an ready to hit the weights.
Once in the gym I really felt focused! an mind set on what i had to do, BUT what really got me was i was not shaking or felt like i drank 10 cups of coffee. I liked just being pumped and focused. Another cool thing i noticed was my breathing.... i really dont know how to explain but it was like it increased or something felt good :D. So overall i really like this product an cant wait to experience more of what its capable of. My rating for it ( 9.8 ) thanks Infinite Labs for making a awesome product... Keep at it :)
