Nap after workout
Is it good to take a nap post-workout because after my workout im just so exhausted that i need a nap. I get 7-8 hours of sleep a night and im not tired when i wake up, in school or when im working out. This also occurs on my rest day. What I want to know is it okay to take a nap about 30 min to an hour after workout or should i wait until nighttime and sleep at my normal time.

I say if your still sleeping good at night take the nap there's no such thing as to much sleep it gives your muscles time to recover

It's up to you. 30mins - 1 hour isn't really a good nap though... ~90 minutes would be better in my opinion
It would probably be even better to take advantage of being tired and just get a good long sleep at night though.

Napping is an integral part of my daily routine. It can REALLY help you recover from your previous workouts.
