from the bars - 590 cals/120 carbs/not much protein/ about 20 grams of fat
god knows how much much gets added on from the bowls of loops

lol i had 700 Cal's worth of honey nut cherrio's(6.5 Cups???) and 400 from chocolate protein as a post workout meal ima get fat yo(yea right)
Then had some chicken and bulgur with salsa and cheese and some more random crap to hit macros ha

more like 3 tubs of ff cottage cheese spaced thro a few hours in the night time combined with various fat sources, usually peanut butter or chocolate
and the bread is 50-70 calories a slice thank you and i do eat enough to compensate (i.e 6+ slices)
Edit: Wait are you saying im not eating enough or im just crazy? I am indeed eating enough (macros) i like to vary food stuff to hit macros on various days, today bulk of carbs from cherrios

seems like you are being ignorant to say all i eat is low calorie bread and chicken and bulgar , no?
I really could care less what you think, but today was the first time i had chicken in lord knows how many weeks and i havent eaten bread in a good while.

Definitely weak. I wish I could even remember how much I ate yesterday to put down, but it had to be 15,000 cals. That's a gnarly cheat. It did include pecan pie bars with vanilla ice cream, two scoop brownie thunder with waffle cone from Culver's, a 4 piece chicken dinner with cheese curds from Chicken Charlie's, and many pb and j sandwiches on cinnamon raisin bread, 4 glazed Krispy Kreme donuts, etc. That's only part of it, it was actually the most food I've EVER eaten in a day starting at 8 AM until about 9 PM.
Not really proud, but it was a feat nonetheless.

btw lol i just realized im probally having some real rye bread with cottage cheese/cheddar cheese n stuff on top 2marrow before work for a quick meal oh well now i feel bad because the sterotype would apply for 2marrow

yea but i don't call it a binge and make a thread about eating like an oddball + he pretty much ate all carbs @ least i get in the protein and fat and watch/hit macros that i want for the day.
