On the nutrition label its says that its 120cals for 1/3 cup. Is it dry or prepaped? Because when you cook it with water it expands.. so do i need to mesure 1/3 cup or EXPANDED oats?

None but there would be less Calories per cup. Anyway it usually says dry weight on the box.

How could it possibly be for prepared? Do they know how much water you will use?

measure it. it expands but its still the same food. and water adds nothing to it
how many threads are there on this now. 10 thousand and counting. the calories are not going to change when you cook it dont worry. how can people think this? its the same oats! its not like the mircowave will add extra oats when u r not looking.
