Do my arms look small?
Bout 16 inches with a pump. Took this pic right after pullups... why do my arms look soo tiny?

Decline close grip bench:
185 x 6
205 x 5
225 x 5
Standing Overhead dbell extensions:
55lbs x 8
70lbs x 8
Rope press down Super set with vbar press down:
2 sets 12-20
Chinups:
2 sets of 6-8
Hammer curls:
35's x 8
40's x 8
45's x 6
50's x 4
barbell curls:
80lbs x 8
65lbs x 10
wut do misc?

They look about 13-14! Mine are like 15.5 and look way bigger lol.

The wide waist might be diminishing the appearance of arm-size.
Solution: Get bigger.

tueday- off
wednesday- chest n shoulder
thursday- off
friday- back n traps
then either sat or sun is arms and abs with the other day being rest. eating close to 4.2k calories a day... gained about 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks.

chinups are great for bis. i dont use straps for anything even deadlifts. maybe ill throw in more forearm work
